Having been recommended this practice by my sister; I visited for two reasons. I have known Kevin for over 25 years and he has very much been a part of my journey. Hearing loss been a rollercoaster of emotion for me; from discovering high frequency hearing loss at age 3, wearing heavy behind the ear aids, to seeking a small in ear aid to give me the power I needed, whilst offering me the cosmetic features I required!
Kevin acts with professionalism, patience, discretion and compassion, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or Help in Hearing to anyone who required.

I have been a patient of Kevin’s for the better part of 20 years, and followed him to Help in Hearing, due to the trust and relationship I have built up with him during this period. Each appointment usually entails the better part of a 2 hour round trip, but it is worth it to get the level of support and expertise that Kevin offers.
He understands my hearing loss, and what can and cant be achieved due to it. He explains it thoroughly and makes recommendations based on this. The after care support offered by him and the rest of the company is also wonderful, having to deal with an inpatient patient when the aid is sent for repair.
The hearing aid is a life saver, and enables me to live in a society and function to a high level, in a noise dominated society.

Having had a few negative experiences with Hearing Aid providers I was rather apprehensive about accepting the Help in Hearing invite for a trial of their Aids. However having visited the practice on several occasions for earwax removal and received a warm and relaxing experience I decided to take up the offer.
Now I am so very pleased that I did. On my initial visit I was made very welcome by both Kinga and Bryan.
During the examination Bryan made me feel so relaxed and I felt most reassured with his approach. He took time to understand my own personal situation and lifestyle. I also knew that if I’d had any concerns or issues during the trial I could contact them with confidence.
The aids I was issued with have made a very positive and enhancing change to my daily life and I now feel so much more ‘inclusive’. Plus I know that should I have any queries I can contact them immediately.
I would thoroughly recommend this practice and its Staff.

Wendy was friendly, efficient and professional. She was attentive and knowledgeable with regards to my situation and my questions surrounding my hearing loss and tinnitus.

The service was outstanding and Wendy, the audiologist, anticipated my very urgent, specialised and complicated needs. The aids are proving more than I could have hoped for, even after wearing aids for over 40 years both privately purchased years ago and more recently supplied by the NHS.

Because as well as being an expert on hearing aids, Kevin is always helpful about general ear health and very generous with his time. His argument is that he is looking after your hearing, not just your hearing aids.

The attention that I have received over the years has been exceptional. No problem was too much trouble and a great effort was made to solve the problem.

Selma is thoughtful and welcoming. I drive a distance to see her because of the personal care she always takes.

Help in Hearing is a very professional set-up. Because it is not large one invariably gets personal attention with good back-up.

I had a blocked ear that didn’t clear, so I made an appointment with Help in Hearing and they quickly arranged a consultation. I was seen by Selma, who examined me and then removed the blockage. I was treated in a professional manner by an experienced and knowledgable practitioner. Selma was gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. An excellent experience. I was given a follow up appointment to have my ears were checked. Overall I was most impressed by the way I was treated. I would recommend this practice to anybody with a similar problem.

I particularly wanted to avoid a large chain provider and I’m sure a lot of people feel the same way. It feels more personal and that they really care.
